Enquiries

The enquiry form asks for details including your name, email address, photography plans and an optional inspiration file.

Submitting the form sends those details and any optional inspiration file to Sunday, Maybe through Resend and the recipient email service so the enquiry can be read and answered. The website does not keep a separate customer database copy.

If you contact Sunday, Maybe by email, you choose what information to send. That information will be handled through your email service and the recipient’s email service so the enquiry can be read and answered.

Keepsake Archive stories

The Keepsake Archive form collects your name, email address, story title and story text, along with any optional place or time details, your publication preference and the confirmations shown on the form.

Submitting the form sends those details to Sunday, Maybe through Resend and the recipient email service. The website does not keep a separate database copy of the submission.

Selected stories may be used for Sunday, Maybe editorial and keepsake-development purposes. If selected, a story may be edited for clarity and length while preserving its meaning, and any publication will follow the name or anonymous preference chosen on the form.

Private bookings and payments

A private booking link contains the details agreed for a photography booking, including the client’s name and email address, shoot or package, date, fees, remaining balance due date and any optional location or note.

When a client continues to payment, the verified booking details, the Photography Booking Agreement version and acceptance record, and the client’s optional portfolio permission choice are sent to Stripe so Stripe can provide its hosted Checkout and process the booking fee. Sunday, Maybe does not collect or store payment card details; those details are entered directly with Stripe and handled under Stripe’s own privacy practices.

After Stripe confirms a successful payment, the client’s contact and booking details are used to send booking confirmation emails to the client and Sunday, Maybe through Resend and the recipient email services.

Cookies and accounts

The current project does not define analytics tracking, advertising tracking, customer accounts, a customer database or file storage. The private booking administration page uses a short-lived, strictly necessary cookie after successful access so the booking-link form can remain protected.

External links

The website includes links to email and Instagram. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

Information still to confirm

The legal identity and postal address of the website operator are not present in the project. Hosting-level logging, email-provider retention and deletion details are also not specified. Those details should be confirmed and this notice reviewed as the website’s handling practices change.
