Using the website

You may browse this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, republish, sell or commercially use its photographs, writing or design without permission.

Enquiries and bookings

Website content is general information, not a confirmed offer of availability, services or pricing. Sending an email or using the on-page enquiry form does not create a booking or contract.

The enquiry form sends its contents to Sunday, Maybe by email and displays an on-page confirmation only after the email delivery service accepts it. For a direct enquiry, email hello.sundaymaybe@gmail.com.

Private booking links and payment

After availability, services and fees have been discussed, Sunday, Maybe may provide a private booking link showing the client, date, package or shoot, total fee, booking fee, remaining balance and remaining balance due date. The client should check those details before continuing.

The date is confirmed once the Photography Booking Agreement shown with the private booking has been accepted and the stated booking fee has been successfully paid through Stripe Checkout. That agreement sets out the applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Tentative holds

When Sunday, Maybe offers a tentative hold, the selected date and time may be reserved provisionally for up to 24 hours.

A tentative hold does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once the required booking fee or payment and any required agreement acceptance have been completed.

If the required payment or acceptance is not completed within the 24-hour hold period, the hold may expire automatically and the date and time may be made available to another client.

Not every enquiry will automatically receive a tentative hold.

Keepsake Archive submissions

You may submit only a story that is yours to share. Submission does not guarantee selection, publication or that a physical piece will be made.

If your story is selected, you give Sunday, Maybe permission to edit it for clarity and length while preserving its meaning, and to use it for editorial and keepsake-development purposes in line with the publication preference you chose. If it becomes a physical piece, the original storyteller receives Edition 001 of that piece.

The website may be updated, interrupted or contain an error. Please confirm any information that matters to an enquiry directly before relying on it.
